I joined EPCC in May 2006 as an Applications Consultant. I am currently working on the BEinGRID project.
In 2002 I graduated from Heriot Watt University with a BSc Hons in Computer Science. I went on to complete the EPCC’s MSc In High Performance Computing, which was then just in its second year.
After graduation I spent a year travelling around Australia, before starting a software engineering job for a metrology company in Northumberland, where I worked until returning to EPCC.
I run the open source project diffxml, which grew out of my undergrad dissertation.
