I joined EPCC in October 2002 as an Applications Consultant working for the Grid Support Centre in collaboration with the Rutherford and Daresbury labs and Manchester University.
My background is in particle physics. I graduated in Physics from Cambridge University in 1997. I then spent five years at Imperial College in London firstly as a PhD student and then a postdoc, where I worked as a member of the ALEPH collaboration on the measurement of the mass of the W Boson.
