I graduated in 1994 from Napier University with BEng(Hons) in Software Engineering. After graduating I spent five years as a software engineer working on corrosion and vibration monitoring software. In 2000 I joined Sun Microsystems, providing applications support for their UK and US manufacturing plants. My role transferred across to Computer Sciences Corporation(CSC) from Sun in 2005. At CSC I provided support management on a number of commercial contracts.
I joined EPCC in April 2008 as the User Support Project Manager. My primary responsibility is the management of user support for the HECToR national service.
In my spare time I can be found wandering the hills of Midlothian and the Scottish Borders. I also enjoy photography.
