EPCC’s User Support team provides support for all users of EPCC’s high-performance computing systems. We operate the EPCC Helpdesk, register users for the parallel systems and provide information on all aspects of EPCC’s work.
EPCC User Support provides support for the EPCC systems only. If you need advice on the use of the University’s central computer facilities, please contact Computing Services. To register as a user of the Computing Services facilities, you should first consult with your department’s Computing Officer, or with your departmental Computing Representative.
