At the end of your visit, there is some paperwork which you must complete for the European Commission, which funds the HPC-Europa2 programme.
All the information and links to the relevant questionnaires and forms can be found on your personal HPC-Europa2 homepage. Log in to your personal page and then click on the link to your application from the menu on the left
There are two questionnaires: one is sent directly to the European Commission, and the HPC-Europa2 team does not see it. We consider it important to receive feedback from visitors, so there is an additional questionnaire which comes to us.
There is also an “Abstract” of the work, which is uploaded into a database for the European Commission. There are two sections, project objectives and main achievements (maximum of 4000 characters per section).
Finally, there is a “short paper” about your project, which you can send as a TEX (or ZIP file with additional images, etc) or DOC file. This report should be between 450 and 650 words and must contain:
- a title
- a subtitle
- the author name with affiliation
- any co-authors with affiliations
- up to 3 images with caption
- the following acknowledgment: “The work was carried out under the HPC-Europa2 project (project number: 228398) with the support of the European Commission - Capacities Area - Research Infrastructures.”
Please note that all paperwork must be uploaded via your personal HPC-Europa2 webpage - apart from the questionnaire for the EC, a link to which is provided on your personal page.
