I joined EPCC in 2013 as an Application developer right after finishing EPCC's MSc in High Performance Computing. I also have an MPhys in Mathematical Physics from the University of Edinburgh.
Working at EPCC, I have been involved in a variety of different collaboration projects centred on high performance computing, including the European collaborative projects CRESTA and APES. My main role in the APES project is parallelising and optimising molecular dynamic package called TINKER. I'm also involved in HPC training and development of EPCC's online distance learning courses - ODL website.
