I joined EPCC as a Data Science Application Developer in October 2020, and work on the DataLoch project.
I completed my MBiochem degree in Biochemistry at the University of York in 2019. My Masters project focused on bioinformatics, using R and Linux tools to analyse RNA-seq data from neuroblastoma cell lines. Alongside my Masters studies, I completed an internship with Digital Creativity Labs and Arup, using R to tidy, analyse and visualise experimental data.
In my spare time I enjoy yoga, embroidery, reading, and dancing to anything and everything!
