EPCC at New Scientist Live 2023

EPCC’s Outreach Team will be at this year’s New Scientist Live exhibition at the ExCeL Centre, London, over the weekend of 7–8 October.
Our knowledgeable outreach colleagues will be showing off a range of activities including Wee Archie, our Raspberry Pi miniature supercomputer, and a ball-sorting challenge to help explain the concepts of parallel computing. We’ll also have some of the latest hardware to show what the inside of a modern supercomputer really looks like!
Come and find us at Stand D22, and learn about how we use supercomputers to help scientists understand everything from heart disease to astronomy.
