Gareth Francis

I have a degree in computational physics and an MSc in distributed scientific computing and prior to joining EPCC in 2011 I worked in geophysics. At EPCC I have worked in a variety of areas, with a particular focus on DevOps and cloud computing for scientific applications. Recently my work has primarily centred on the UK participation in the Vera Rubin Observatory as part of LSST:UK.
