UK AI Factory Antenna

The €10m (£8.6m) UK AI Factory Antenna (UKAIFA) is one of 13 Antenna projects designed to strengthen national AI ecosystems and complement existing European AI Factories

Led by the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking, EPCC’s UK AI Factory Antenna (Pilot-UKAIFA) works in partnership with the HammerHAI AI Factory, coordinated by the High-Performance Computing Center Stuttgart (HLRS) and a consortium of leading German research centres.

Pilot-UKAIFA will support the growing UK demand for AI adoption by expanding access to AI capabilities across start-ups, SMEs, large industry, and the public sector.

As part of the wider project, Pilot-UKAIFA will run a series of training courses, from entry-level courses and webinars like this one, up to expert level training aimed at users and potential users of large-scale AI systems.
